I take programmes that have to land — regulated, cross-border, politically visible — and make them predictable. That means scope agreed before dates are promised, risk surfaced while it is still cheap, and stakeholders who can explain the plan without me in the room.
The record behind that: 40+ cloud and AI/ML projects across AWS, Azure and GCP at 95% on-time delivery; defence, healthcare, government and enterprise clients in India and Singapore; and six roles in 12 years with no gap between any of them. Two of those moves were a former employer or client asking for me back.
